**HIRING FOR PROJECT START-UP** **Job Objective:** Ensure the design, supervision, installation, and commissioning of photovoltaic systems and energy storage systems (BESS) in large-scale projects (>10 MWp), guaranteeing system quality, regulatory compliance, and optimal electrical system performance. * Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. **Professional Experience:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in large-scale photovoltaic projects. * Demonstrable participation in solar energy projects exceeding 10 MWp. * Experience in implementation, design, or management of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems). * **WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL** * Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, DIgSILENT, PVSyst). * Knowledge of electrical regulations, grid codes, and interconnection standards. * Experience in construction supervision, testing, commissioning, and startup. **Technical Knowledge:** * Utility-scale photovoltaic system design. * Design and sizing of energy storage systems (BESS). * Specification of electrical equipment (inverters, transformers, switchgear, cables, etc.). * Energy production analysis and electrical modeling. * Integration of photovoltaic systems with power grids and substations. * Familiarity with the electricity market (MEM), interconnection procedures, and permitting with CFE or other regulatory authorities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Development of basic and detailed engineering for solar parks and BESS. * Field construction process supervision, ensuring alignment with drawings and specifications. * Conducting feasibility studies, electrical calculations, and solar resource analysis. * Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Coordination with suppliers, contractors, and clients. * Supervising testing, commissioning, and project handover. * Preparing technical reports and managing documentation for regulatory bodies. * Participating in technical audits and design reviews.
