




Job Summary: Labor Relations Coordinator (Labor Lawyer) to manage labor relations, separations, disciplinary actions, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate labor relations and separation processes 2. Advise on best practices in labor relations 3. Labor Relations Coordinator (Labor Lawyer) Requirements: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Law (degree certificate and professional license) Experience: 2–3 years of experience in this role, preferably within a company or corporate environment. Responsibilities: Coordinate internal labor relations Interaction with Management Carry out employee separation processes. Implement and monitor disciplinary measures. Calculate severance payments Prepare monthly reports Advise operational departments on best practices in labor relations. Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law and other applicable regulations. Draft and implement administrative minutes and corrective measures. Administer employee termination and separation procedures. Prevent labor risks through corrective actions and operational support. We Offer: 1. Net salary of 20,000 MXN 2.
