Implement and monitor disciplinary measures. Calculate severance payments. Prepare monthly reports. Advise operational departments on best practices in labor relations. Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law and other applicable regulations. Draft, sign, and retain employment contracts. Prepare and implement administrative minutes and corrective measures. Administer labor termination and separation processes. Prevent labor risks through corrective actions and operational support. We Offer: 1. Salary of MXN 14,000 net 2.
