Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect to join a newly formed team focused on the preparation, documentation, and interpretation of construction drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and interpretation of construction drawings. *PROJECT ARCHITECT / NEW COORDINATION* **What Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Completed degree in Architecture (No students) * **Experience:** Minimum 3 verifiable years in construction project development. * **Technical Proficiency:** AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite. * **Bonus:** Basic knowledge of Revit. * **Tax Status:** Active registration with SAT (Formally registered). **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation, documentation, and interpretation of construction drawings. * Conducting architectural surveys. * Analysis of structural and engineering drawings. **Key Skills:** * Autonomous and team-based project management with a results-oriented focus. * Assertive communication and excellent personal organization. * Problem-solving ability. **Our Offer:** * **Compensation:** $14,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 net monthly (adjustable based on experience and CV). * **Employment Scheme:** Fee-for-service contract * **Location:** On-site offices in Barranca del Muerto, Álvaro Obregón. * **Culture:** You will join a newly formed team with a horizontal work vision and clear objectives.
