Job Summary: We are seeking a collections specialist for a contact center specialized in the financial sector, focused on debt recovery through various strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Application of negotiation strategies **Kante Network** We position ourselves as a leading contact center providing specialized services to the financial sector. **Responsibilities** · Conduct collections via phone calls, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp. · Follow up with clients until debt recovery is achieved. · Maintain assigned portfolio with payments current. · Apply negotiation and collections strategies. **WE OFFER**: · Base salary: $9,600 monthly · Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation, profit sharing, year-end bonus. · Uncapped commission scheme · Biweekly commissions ranging from $500 to $10,000 · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; weekends, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; rotating day off. · Immediate hiring · Employee referral program · Company-provided mobile phone Requirements: Minimum 3–6 months of experience in Fintech, financial sector, and/or cold sales.
