Stability and leadership potential At GC Arquitectura Ligera, we seek an Architect (intern or graduate) with constructive vision and analytical capability to become a key component of our value chain. We seek a technically experienced profile capable of ensuring that designs are cost-effective and field-executable. Profile Architect (intern or graduate). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction site supervision and/or material quantification. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. Proficiency in SketchUp and rendering software (V\-Ray, Lumion, Enscape or similar). Solid knowledge of: Material quantification (steel). Lightweight structural systems and metalwork. Reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. Organized, responsible, and capable of solving on-site problems. Responsibilities Preparation and updating of technical drawings. 3D modeling and development of renders for clients. Accurate material quantification for budget integration. Support in preparing descriptive specifications and technical documentation for projects. Technical liaison with the production department to adjust according to site requirements.
