This position is designed for recent graduates seeking to develop their skills and experience in a challenging and enriching environment where you’ll perform repairs on equipment, systems, and facilities—and much more. **We will rely on you to:** * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment, rolling stock, and systems to ensure proper operation, * Diagnose and repair technical faults in equipment and facilities, * Carry out preventive maintenance activities according to the established plan, * Collaborate with the technical team to implement improvements to maintenance processes. **Your profile** We value passion and attitude above experience. Instead, we’ve outlined some qualities we believe will help you succeed and grow in this role: * Diploma in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment and facilities, * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems, * Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and manuals, * Knowledge of and proficiency in using hand tools—including striking, cutting, clamping, and measuring tools (multimeter, torque wrench, mallets, wrenches, etc.), * Availability to rotate shifts and days off, as well as to rotate among service sites.
