Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Maintenance Assistant to perform repairs on electrical, hydraulic, and civil installations, and to support general maintenance activities. Maintaining up-to-date maintenance records At ELICARGA, we are looking for your talent — join our great team as: *** INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT *** **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum age of 22 years * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Basic knowledge of masonry, electricity (125V and 220V), and plumbing * Basic skills in tool handling * **Willingness to learn** **Responsibilities:** * Respond to repair requests for electrical, hydraulic, and civil installations. * Follow up on faults reported by users. * Assist in the inspection and resolution of equipment failures. * Report necessary corrective repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor. * Complete assigned work orders within established timeframes. * Fill out and maintain up-to-date maintenance records. * Assist in assembly and installation of spare parts. * Inform the Supervisor about required materials and tools. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Support activities requested by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary of $11,415** * Weekly payroll deposits to Bancomer bank accounts. * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus: $200 * Monthly productivity bonus (for plant staff): $2,100 * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * 31-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * 40% vacation premium * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with **availability for OVERTIME** Work location: **Cuautitlán–Teoloyucan Highway No. 36, Col.
