At Copachisa, we are looking for a person who masters planning, control, and continuous improvement on site to ensure that each project flows with precision and technical discipline. **Position Mission:** Implement and monitor Construction methodologies by applying continuous improvement in construction processes to achieve the objectives of the overall project schedule. **Objective:** Coordinate construction projects to meet project schedules in terms of time, cost, and quality. Train various team members in industrial engineering techniques applied in construction to implement continuous improvements that benefit the project. **Position Profile:** Architect. Civil Engineer. Industrial Engineer. 2 to 3 years of experience managing LEAN MANUFACTURING. 2 years of experience managing LEAN CONSTRUCTION. 2 years of experience managing the Last Planner System. 2 years of experience managing construction processes.
