KODIAK ARANZIA is seeking **Construction Safety Officer**, responsible for ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on a construction site. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Risk Assessment and Analysis * Development and Implementation of Safety Plans * Supervision and Control across various activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Staff Training: Deliver safety training and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and conduct awareness sessions on the importance of workplace safety. * Incident Management: Investigate and document any incident or accident, proposing corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence. **Requirements** **and** **Skills** * Degree or certification in Industrial Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention, or related fields. * Prior experience in construction projects, preferably in safety-related roles. * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations and standards, as well as ability to conduct safety inspections. * Ability to raise workers’ awareness of safety importance and ensure adherence to established safety policies.
