Operational team leadership and improvement management **Objective:** Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring inventory control, process compliance, operational efficiency, and proper management of assigned personnel to guarantee service level. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise product receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. * Reconcile physical inventory with system records. * Coordinate and lead the operational team. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. * Monitor operational KPIs (shrinkage, productivity, service level). * Manage operational incidents and propose process improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising warehouse or logistics operations. * Experience managing inventory and operational staff. * Flexible working hours availability.
