Accounts Receivable Executive (Forwarder)

We are a company that provides comprehensive supply chain services through collaborative problem-solving in logistics to achieve success, trust, and satisfaction for our customers, suppliers, and Mexproud Shipping's human capital. **What you need to join our team:** * Completed bachelor's degree * Experience: minimum 2\-3 years, preferably in a logistics company * Strong willingness to learn * Adaptability to change * **Conversational English** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conducting customized collections management for clients assigned to your portfolio via phone calls and/or email for preventive, corrective, or confirmation purposes regarding scheduled payments or estimated payment dates * Generating and sending account statements to clients for balance reconciliation * Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly collections reports assigned to you—covering debt recovery percentage and balance accuracy percentage—to ensure proper control * Verifying with the administrative assistant the application of payments, credit notes, and payment supplements generated * Managing and reconciling balances related to bank commissions, discounts, and re-invoicing by preparing and applying credit notes in the system * Producing a weekly collections forecast **We offer:** * Net salary commensurate with experience and competencies. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: Grocery vouchers, savings fund, dental insurance, vision insurance, accident insurance, life insurance, and discounts at various establishments. * Opportunities for professional growth. **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; Friday, 08:00–14:30 hrs.
