KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate the sales team's schedule Client tracking and follow-up Organize files. \* Prospecting. \* Scheduling appointments. \* Administrative control. \* Staff training. REQUIRED SKILLS: Detail-oriented in document review Organized Team player Frustration tolerance Quick learner. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in Customer Service or sales. Must have availability to work full-time. Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Proactive, friendly, responsible; preferably aged 22–29.
