For more information, visit WPP.com. **We are seeking a Web Designer \& Senior UX.** **What You’ll Do:** * Lead end-to-end (UX/UI) design for complex web projects, such as brand websites, vehicle configuration platforms, and high-impact landing pages. * Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive navigation flows, detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. * Create and maintain design systems (Design Systems) to ensure consistency and scalability across all brand digital platforms. * Collaborate closely with strategists, developers, copywriters, and project managers to bring cohesive, world-class digital solutions to life. * Present design decisions persuasively to internal teams and stakeholders, grounded in UX principles, data, and industry best practices. **Required Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field * 5+ years of experience * Excellent proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite; foundational front\-end knowledge (HTML, CSS) * **ADVANCED English** **What We Offer:** * Hybrid work model. ‍ ‍ * Work tools. * Competitive compensation.
