Our mission is to create and develop simple solutions that increase the efficiency of various organizations and boost individuals’ purchasing power. **We are currently seeking talent for the Service area** **Technical Service Analyst – Maintenance** **Responsibilities – What You Will Do** * Review market pricing and interact with the customer service team * Conduct budget analysis * Negotiate services for vehicles both technically and financially * Interact with affiliates to agree on pricing * Identify error points that fail to meet the defined SLA * Identify potential attrition based on each client’s estimated service volume. **Requirements – What We Need** * At least 1 year of automotive mechanical experience * Experience in reporting and managing KPIs (Service Levels) is desirable * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Familiarity with Desk software * Familiarity with the Americas Platform * Completed high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Automotive Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering is desirable * Excellent communication skills **We Offer:** Monthly gross salary + statutory and above-statutory benefits.
