Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage and supervise accounting processes, including travel allowances, reimbursements, and financial statements, while coordinating teams. Participation in internal and external audits and tax support **RH PLANNING is seeking a Senior Accountant in Bosque De Las Lomas \- Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Work Location:** Bosque de las Lomas, CDMX **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting **(Accountants are mandatory)** * 2 years of experience in a similar role with direct supervision of accounting assistants * Experience in managing travel allowances and reimbursements, financial statements, and internal and external audits * Proficiency in at least one accounting system and Microsoft Office (Intermediate to advanced Excel) * Residence within a maximum 1-hour commute from the work location **Responsibilities:** * Administer and supervise the travel allowance and reimbursement process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and tax requirements. * Review, validate, and approve invoices, expenses, and payments (including AMEX corporate cards). * Perform and supervise general ledger entries, supporting the preparation of financial statements. * Coordinate and supervise the accounting assistants and analysts team, ensuring accurate execution of processes. * Participate in internal and external audits and provide tax-related support, ensuring accounting compliance. **Benefits:** * Gross monthly salary of $25,000 to $30,000 * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Food vouchers worth $2,000 * Savings fund contribution of 13% * Direct employment contract with the company **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM **Required Education Level:** Higher education \- Degree holder **Required Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Software Development / Programming *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69bb32c336000030005c494d\&source\=indeed*
