Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced File Analyst with expertise in document management and classification to join our automotive financing team, focused on validating, verifying, organizing, and archiving customer and vehicle documents. Participation in document preservation and cleansing At **RapidAuto**, a company dedicated to automotive financing, we are looking for a **File Analyst** with experience in document management and classification to join our team. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: **Completed high school**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite** and **CRM**. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in document custody, classification, control, and **automotive financing**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Validate customers' personal documents (INE, proof of address, RFC). * Verify vehicle ownership documents (invoices and related procedures). * Organize automotive credit files (contracts and annexes). * Create and update document inventories. * Classify, register, and archive physical and digital documents. * Update databases related to customers and operations. * Provide support to Sales, Collections, and Legal departments. * Ensure preservation, custody, and traceability of files. * Participate in document cleansing processes in accordance with internal policies and regulations. * Handle shipments and pickups via Estafeta. **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm** **Work Location: Miguel Hidalgo Borough, CDMX** **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $13,500 * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers * Monthly productivity bonus * Enhanced statutory benefits If you meet the profile, apply now — we want to meet you!
