Job Summary: Responsible for supplier management to ensure product quality and the development of the supply chain quality system at Stellantis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages supplier quality and supply chain quality. 2. Ensures the quality of products delivered to manufacturing plants. 3. Leads problem resolution and continuous improvement at suppliers. Responsible for supplier management to ensure the quality of products delivered to Stellantis group manufacturing plants and the development of the supply chain quality system. Approval of PPAP for new projects and engineering changes. Coordination of quality issue containment activities and root cause investigation using advanced problem-solving techniques. Implementation of corrective and preventive actions, continuous improvement, and action plans at supplier plants. Supplier audits to ensure compliance with Stellantis and automotive industry quality standards and requirements. Responsible for supplier quality and warranty metrics, as well as action plans aimed at improving these metrics. Responses to internal customers regarding issues or tracking of supplier improvement plans. Support to the Procurement department in the investigation and selection of new suppliers. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience. Knowledge of industrial processes, preferably automotive. Knowledge of Core Quality Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA2, SPC, MSA, CP). Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, RedX, Six\-Sigma). Demonstrated leadership in problem resolution. Excellent verbal and communication skills for presentations at all organizational levels. Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and continuously. Self-directed, task-focused, team-oriented, responsible, organized, and capable of working in a high-urgency environment.
