




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Process Analyst to analyze, map, design, and optimize administrative processes, identifying improvements and automation opportunities. Focus on process improvement and automation We are looking for an **Administrative Process Analyst** **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or Administration. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a project analyst or assistant. * Proficiency in Excel. * Experience with Power BI and flowcharting. * Document management skills. * Tracking of procedures with government agencies. **Knowledge:** * **Administrative supplies/materials management**. * Creation of **checklists** and task tracking. Creation of **process diagrams** (Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar tools). * **Billing** (electronic invoicing, SAT validation where applicable). * **Purchase order management** and expense control. * **Payment release** and internal approval workflows. * Database management and Excel-based analysis (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards). **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and map current administrative processes (e.g., procurement, billing, expense control, supplier management, etc.). * Design clear, standardized, and up-to-date **flowcharts and process documentation**. * Identify **opportunities for improvement and automation** to reduce time, costs, and operational errors. * Implement **technological tools and digital solutions** enabling fully or semi-automated execution of processes. * Collaborate with Administration, Procurement, Accounting, and IT departments to ensure proper adoption of new procedures. * Monitor compliance and effectiveness of implemented processes, proposing continuous adjustments. * Develop **KPIs** to measure process efficiency and performance. * Train staff on correct application of standardized processes. * Map and document administrative processes (e.g., flowcharts, SIPOC, BPMN, etc.). * Identify improvement opportunities in workflow processes. * Propose administrative solutions to optimize time and resources. * Draft, review, and maintain updated administrative procedures and process diagrams. * Prepare administrative and tracking reports in Excel or internal database. * Generate KPIs for process compliance and efficiency. * Control and archive supporting documentation (invoices, purchase orders, contracts, reports, etc.). * Create and track **administrative task checklists**. * Receive, review, and register supplier invoices. * Validate information for **payment release**, per internal policies. * Track payment status with Finance or Treasury. * Manage **purchase orders**: request, review, and closure. * Monitor inventory levels, consumption, and requirements for administrative materials/supplies. * Support procurement and inventory control activities. **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Analytical ability and process orientation. * Commitment and confidentiality. * Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar). * Knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, RPA, etc.) — preferred. * Ability to document, communicate, and lead organizational change. * Analytical thinking, results orientation, and attention to detail. **Software:** * Advanced Microsoft Excel * Microsoft Office / Google Workspace * ERP or administrative systems (SAP, Oracle, CONTPAQi, Aspel, etc.) * Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io (for process diagramming) * Power BI (preferred for data analysis) **Base Salary:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($15,000 to $17,000) * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers (starting after 3 months) * Punctuality and attendance bonus (starting after 3 months) * Professional development opportunity * Innovative and collaborative work environment **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM * 15 minutes from Polanco or Auditorio Metro stations If you meet the requirements, apply now via this channel or send your CV to i.romero@ronyte.mx *The company promotes equal opportunity and an inclusive environment.
