




Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational and Administrative Staff Recruiter to manage the full hiring cycle and support personnel administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of the recruitment and selection process 2. Management of personnel records, reports, and follow-up 3. Active participation in internal events and continuous improvement RP GROUP IS SEEKING AN OPERATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES \-Posting requested job vacancies \-Analyzing skills, attributes, competencies, and technical job functions \-Interviewing candidates \-Administering and evaluating psychometric assessments for the requested position \-Onboarding new employees \-Enrolling new hires in the time clock system \-Creating their personnel file with required documentation \-Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on personnel changes (hires, terminations, transfers) \-Establishing departmental hiring objectives and staffing needs \-Providing personnel-related forms such as employer letters, employment certificates, etc. \-Maintaining candidate information across various databases \-Conducting timely personnel follow-up to prevent turnover \-Managing personnel requisition records to track vacancy status \-Generating requested performance indicators (e.g., turnover rate, vacancy coverage) \-Actively participating in internal events (Year-end party, annual food basket distribution, gift purchases, etc.) \-Participating in monthly inventory counts \-Contributing to continuous improvement Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
