*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at Experiencias Capital Humano in Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico** **OBJECTIVE** Design, program, and execute cutting and manufacturing processes on CNC routers, ensuring quality, efficiency, and precision in furniture production, as well as participating in the development and innovation of new products (bathroom furniture, kitchens, closets, office furniture, and decorative items), guaranteeing proper operation and maintenance of assigned equipment. Additionally, effectively manage material resources for manufacturing. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and generate technical files required for CNC cutting (2D/3D drawings, toolpaths, G-codes). * Design and prepare CNC cutting files (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, VCarve, Aspire, etc.) Program and operate the CNC router, supervising work quality and precision. * Develop new products, prototypes, and productive solutions jointly with design and production departments. * Implement continuous improvements in manufacturing processes, material optimization, and time reduction. * Ensure preventive maintenance and general care of CNC equipment and associated tools. * Document and standardize cutting and production procedures. * Coordinate with design, quality control, and warehouse departments to meet production objectives. **REQUIREMENTS** * Industrial, Mechanical, or Industrial Design Engineering degree. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in programming and operating CNC routers. * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Fusion 360, VCarve, Aspire, ArtCAM, or EnRoute). * Knowledge of woodworking, melamine, MDF, and hardware. * On-site work in Naucalpan, State of Mexico. **BENEFITS WE OFFER** * Salary between $14,000 and $18,000 MXN (gross) * Job stability and professional development. * Ongoing training. * Statutory benefits. **Desired education level:** Upper Secondary Education **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods *This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=68f6cdc65100002500596394\&source\=indeed*
