




GEELY LOMAS VERDES IS SEEKING: **HYP ADVISOR** Mission: To attend to and advise customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance, repair, or aesthetic services, with the objective of understanding their needs, performing diagnostics and preparing estimates, as well as following up until vehicle delivery. Knowledge Requirements: Customer service techniques; general mechanical knowledge; knowledge of bodywork and painting. Specific Responsibilities: 1. Conduct a physical condition inventory of the vehicle in the customer’s presence to identify damage or missing accessories, thereby preventing subsequent customer complaints. 2. Determine labor and parts costs required to present the customer with an initial estimate. 3. Suggest additional services or accessories not originally requested by the customer, to improve the vehicle’s condition and generate additional sales for the dealership. 4. Follow up on assigned work orders; contact the customer if the promised delivery date changes, inform them of initially unquoted prices or any other information related to the work order; and ensure timely and proper vehicle delivery preparation. 5. Conduct a general inspection of the vehicle prior to delivery to the customer, ensuring it meets all necessary delivery conditions. 6. Review pre-invoices for completed work orders to verify that charges applied are correct. 7. Deliver the vehicle to the customer, explaining the work performed, charges incurred, service warranty, and any other relevant information, to complete the service and ensure customer satisfaction. 8.
