We are a software development and telecommunications company focused on creating innovative solutions that optimize customer experience—join our team as: **TECHNICAL DOCUMENTER** What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field. * Theoretical knowledge of IT networks and infrastructure (general understanding). * Minimum 2 years of experience in: Technical diagramming; network topologies (general understanding). * 2 years of experience in technical documentation. * Knowledge of Quality Processes. * Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 (preferred). * Preferred proficiency in Draw.io, Lucidchart, or Microsoft Visio. * Intermediate to Advanced English (reading technical documentation). What will be your main responsibilities? * Document LAN, WAN, and telecommunications links. * Create technical infrastructure and network topology diagrams. * Maintain up-to-date inventories of technological equipment. * Record infrastructure changes and relevant configurations. * Document operational and technical procedures. * Support documentation maintenance associated with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
