**Payroll Analyst – AXVICTTI CONSULTORES S.C.** AXVICTTI CONSULTORES S.C., an accounting and tax advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst responsible for personnel control and management, payroll receipt stamping, and compliance with labor and tax obligations. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration (completed) Minimum experience: 2 years * Excellent communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. * Experience with Excel and payroll systems (preferably CONTPAQ). * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate submission of employee hires, terminations, and salary modifications to IDSE. * Prepare and stamp weekly/biweekly/monthly payroll (as applicable) (preferably using CONTPAQ Nóminas). * Prepare, review, and manage pre-payroll and payroll, including incidents, overtime, bonuses, deductions, leaves, vacations, and disabilities. * Calculate severance payments, vacation payouts, year-end bonuses (aguinaldos), profit-sharing (PTU), etc. * Validate IMSS and ISR calculations in payroll. * Manage IMSS portals (IMSS Virtual Desktop, IMSS Inbox, IDSE, SIPARE). * Manage INFONAVIT employer portal. * Determine and submit employer-employee contributions via SUA. * Advanced Excel usage for payroll analysis and reconciliation. * Monitor compliance obligations under the Registry of Specialized Service Providers (REPSE). * Process FONACOT affiliation. * Calculate and file ISN declarations. **Skills:** * Excellent writing and spelling. * Experience drafting official correspondence addressed to institutions such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, or state authorities. * Ability to read, interpret, and follow up on notices, requests, or notifications issued by tax and labor authorities (IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT, STPS, etc.). * Excellent communication skills. * Organized and responsible individual. * Ability to work under pressure. * Numerical aptitude. * Teamwork capability. **Requirements:** * Age: 22–38 years * Executive-level personal presentation * Proactivity, punctuality, and responsibility. * Teamwork ability and willingness to learn. * Discretion and confidentiality. * Experience in administrative tasks. * Strong analytical capacity and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Salary: $11,500.00 – $13,000.00 monthly * Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities Position type: Full-time Salary: $11,500.00 – $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases Work location: On-site employment
