**Universo de Fragancias S.A. de C.V. is seeking an Operational Data Analyst in Polanco - Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, inventory, operations, or analysis * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Strong analytical ability * Logical and structured thinking **Responsibilities:** * Manage and clean sales, inventory, and movement databases by SKU, customer, and warehouse, ensuring data validation and reliability for operational analysis. * Conduct daily inventory and sales analysis by customer, monitoring key indicators such as turnover rate, coverage, overstock, stockouts, and slow-moving items. * Support inventory planning and distribution by proposing redistribution strategies and identifying opportunities to optimize product flow. * Track performance of new products and the overall catalog, identifying sales patterns and opportunities for promotion, replacement, or discontinuation of SKUs. * Prepare operational reports and dashboards for decision-making using alerts, traffic-light indicators, and KPIs, as well as maintaining standardized Excel templates. **Benefits:** * Salary: $12,000 - $15,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX **Desired education level:** Bachelor's degree - completed **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Commercial / Sales **Industry:** Wholesale trade / Wholesaler **Skills:** * Analysis *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=6a0c979f3700005d008f8607&source=indeed*
