




Position Summary: Audiovisual Coordinator responsible for planning and tracking audiovisual requests, optimizing operations, and ensuring the quality of project execution. Key Highlights: 1. Process optimization and problem-solving under pressure ***We are looking for an Audiovisual Coordinator!*** **Objective:** Responsible for coordinating, planning, and tracking audiovisual department requests, ensuring proper allocation of resources (human and technical) according to each project’s requirements, delivery timelines, and team members’ skills. The focus will be on optimizing operations, guaranteeing execution quality, and meeting established objectives for each production. **Profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Audiovisual Production, Administration, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in audiovisual project coordination, production, or creative team management. Experience in agencies, production houses, or event environments (desirable). Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities across concurrent projects. Ability to manage work teams (photographers, videographers, editors, etc.). General knowledge of audiovisual production processes (shooting, editing, delivery). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving orientation and decision-making ability under pressure. Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, Asana, Trello, or similar). Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. Familiarity with editing software **Responsibilities:** * Receive, analyze, and manage audiovisual department requests originating from accounts, production, or clients. * Assign projects and tasks to the audiovisual team, considering timelines, workload, and individual team members’ skills. * Monitor each project closely to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. * Coordinate logistics for coverage (dates, times, locations, required equipment, etc.). * Serve as the main point of contact between the audiovisual team and other departments (accounts, creative, production). * Identify operational risks and propose solutions to ensure proper project execution. * Optimize workload distribution to improve team efficiency. * Supervise progress and deliverables, ensuring compliance with client guidelines. * Support continuous improvement of internal audiovisual department processes. * Generate tracking reports, workload summaries, and department performance reports. **What We’re Looking For:** An organized, solution-oriented, and operationally strong leader who can maintain control over multiple projects without losing sight of details.
