Global Strategy and Operations (GSOP) is looking for a Manager \- Regulatory Change Management (RCM) focused on ensuring program governance and compliance oversight is embedded in the day\-to\-day operations of our organization. It will involve extensive collaboration with multiple partners across numerous business units, functional areas, and geographies. **Required Qualifications:** * Experience in operational risk management. Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities. * Strong project management, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. * Experience in program governance, with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards. * Experience in providing governance, oversight and quality assurance for operational or risk management processes. * Proficient analytical and problem\-solving skills, with an ability to analyse data, identify trends, and assess/evaluate risk scenarios effectively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in at least one of the following: * Translating operational risk strategy and appetite into execution guidelines. * Oversee the implementation of the operational risk governance frameworks. * Communicating and ensuring understanding and adherence to operational risk procedures and standards. * Experience in financial services industry, with a particular focus on regulatory adherence.
