Krispy Kreme México is seeking maintenance personnel for our doughnut factory. We invite you to join our team as: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Monitoring of electromechanical systems, hydraulic and mechanical systems, general maintenance, tool handling for troubleshooting, and execution of assigned activities according to job functions. \- Daily execution of verification checklists \* Updating and executing scheduled maintenance calendar activities. \- Performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. \- Tracking raised tickets for reporting various failures. \- Requesting materials required to carry out activities. \- Supporting Boil Out of the production line. \- Ensuring full production line availability for product manufacturing, including parallel equipment required for this purpose, through preventive, corrective, development programs, and coordination with local suppliers. \- Planning and promoting implementation of new maintenance processes and projects within the organization. YOUR SUCCESS PROFILE: Education: Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field; technical career in related areas or TSU. Must have prior experience in maintenance, basic knowledge of production line operations, refrigeration, electricity, and building maintenance. SCHEDULE: Rotating shift from Monday to Sunday with one day off per week (Due to production nature, flexibility in working hours is required to address unplanned equipment failures at the factory).
