Channel expansion and development strategy Base Location: Ciudad de México, CDMX | Work Mode: On-site Company: – Manufacturer of AD/BD polyethylene bags, film, rolls, T-shirt bags, and printed bags Job Objective Lead the national commercial strategy to achieve \+X tons per month, enter new territories, and consolidate regional distributors while ensuring profitability by zone. Key Responsibilities \- National strategy: Design regional plans \- Team management: Lead the sales force; recruit and develop regional managers \- Channels: Expand the distributor network and direct accounts \- Operations: Coordinate with the manufacturing plant; optimize delivery routes and freight costs \- Pricing: Set zone-specific prices considering resin costs, freight, and local competition; negotiate annual volume-based contracts \- Expansion: Enter new markets; identify opportunities in agriculture, contract manufacturing, food, and retail \- KPIs: Report on tons sold, margin, DSO, market share by state, new customers per month, and geographic coverage \- Travel: Monthly visits to key markets Requirements \- Experience: 3\+ years in flexible packaging/plastics/disposables sales; 4\+ years leading national sales teams \- Mandatory: Active distributor portfolio covering at least three regions nationwide; expertise in gauges, dimensions, flexographic printing, and cost-per-kilo/mille calculation \- Preferred: Experience with wholesale markets, food industry, and retail chains \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field \- Tools: CRM, ERP, Advanced Excel, Power BI for zone-specific dashboards Competencies Remote leadership, multi-zone negotiation, route-level profitability analysis, conflict management with distributors, stress tolerance We Offer \- Growth: Direct reporting to Executive Management Salary: $1,000\.00 – $2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
