Job stability with a direct employment contract. **Main Responsibilities (HR Focus)** **Selection File Auditing:** Randomly and systematically review candidate files to ensure all required legal and technical documentation is present. **Screening Process Verification:** Supervise proper execution of employment references, psychometric tests, and background checks according to established protocols. **Privacy Compliance Monitoring:** Audit handling of applicants’ personal data, ensuring adherence to privacy notices and safeguarding of sensitive information. **Recruitment Deviation Identification:** Identify potential flaws in the recruitment workflow (e.g., response times, omitted steps, missing signatures) and propose corrective actions. **Quality Reporting:** Prepare internal audit reports on the operational performance of the recruitment team and compliance with legal key performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements** **Education:** Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or Business Management. **Attention to Detail:** High capacity for observation and document analysis. **Residence:** CDMX (Benito Juárez neighborhood) or areas with easy access to the office location. **Skills and Knowledge** **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data cross-referencing and database auditing.
