Group leadership and excellent communication We seek a dynamic, organized individual with experience training operational cleaning staff, capable of effectively conveying knowledge and motivating teams to deliver excellence in cleaning services. **Requirements:** * Experience training operational cleaning staff * Knowledge of cleaning products * Availability to deliver training across multiple branches (Mexico City and State of Mexico) * Excellent communication and group leadership skills **Responsibilities:** \- Design and deliver training programs for cleaning staff \- Train teams on the correct use of cleaning products, tools, and hygiene protocols \- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards \- Conduct practical evaluations and simulations to measure performance \- Provide ongoing follow-up and feedback to improve service quality \- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose enhancements to operational processes **Work Schedule:** \- Monday through Sunday, with fixed rest day on Wednesdays **We Offer:** * Fixed monthly salary of $9,960 MXN, tax-free * Productivity bonus of $2,500–$3,800 MXN per month * Punctuality and attendance bonus of $200 MXN per month * Statutory benefits * Sunday premium pay * Transportation support between branches * Uniforms * Training opportunities Salary: $12,900.00–$14,200.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
