Job Summary: We are seeking recent engineering graduates interested in the railway sector to develop expertise in key areas such as RAMS and technical interfaces, participating in railway infrastructure projects. Opportunity for professional growth and development We are looking for **recent engineering graduates** with strong analytical potential and interest in the railway sector to develop expertise in key areas such as **RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability \& Safety)** and **technical interfaces**. The selected candidate will participate in railway infrastructure projects, gaining experience in technical analysis, risk management, and multidisciplinary coordination. **Responsibilities** * Support RAMS analysis: reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety of railway systems. * Collaborate on interface management across disciplines (civil, systems, signaling, power, etc.). * Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation. * Support identification and tracking of technical risks. * Participate in coordination meetings with various project teams. * Assist in reviewing technical specifications and regulatory compliance. **Educational Requirements** * Railway Engineering * Mechanical Engineering * Electrical / Electronic Engineering * Industrial Engineering * Civil Engineering (with interest in systems) **Desired Knowledge** * Interest in railway systems or infrastructure projects * Interest in reliability analysis or risk management * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Intermediate English (technical reading) **Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Attention to detail * Organization and follow-up * Learning ability * Effective communication * Teamwork **We Offer** * Specialized training in RAMS and Interfaces * Participation in high-impact railway projects * Mentorship from senior engineers * Opportunity for professional growth and development * Financial support (scholarship) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; work location: Insurgentes Sur (near Plaza Inn) Salary: $9,500\.00 \- $9,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
