The selected candidate will participate in railway infrastructure projects, gaining experience in technical analysis, risk management, and multidisciplinary coordination. **Responsibilities** * Support RAMS analysis: reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety of railway systems. * Collaborate on interface management across disciplines (civil, systems, signaling, power, etc.). * Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation. * Support identification and tracking of technical risks. * Participate in coordination meetings with various project teams. * Assist in reviewing technical specifications and regulatory compliance. **Educational Requirements** * Railway Engineering * Mechanical Engineering * Electrical / Electronic Engineering * Industrial Engineering * Civil Engineering (with interest in systems) **Desired Knowledge** * Interest in railway systems or infrastructure projects * Interest in reliability analysis or risk management * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Intermediate English (technical reading) **Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Attention to detail * Organization and follow-up * Learning ability * Effective communication * Teamwork **We Offer** * Specialized training in RAMS and Interfaces * Participation in high-impact railway projects * Mentorship from senior engineers * Opportunity for professional growth and development * Financial support (scholarship) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; work location: Insurgentes Sur (near Plaza Inn) Salary: $9,500\.00 \- $9,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
