Experience: 1 year as manager, shift supervisor, assistant manager, or similar role in fast-food restaurants, restaurants, cafeterias, convenience stores, or cinemas. Skills: Adaptability, organization, pro\-activeness, team building, communication, continuous learning, performance indicator management, handling ambiguity. Knowledge: Inventory management, sales performance indicator management, team leadership (minimum 15 people), process and performance metric supervision, results orientation and customer service, material and human resource administration. Responsibilities: Manage and operate the business unit in accordance with financial and commercial information, service standards, policies, and quality requirements governing the brand; ensure proper execution of processes and procedures through shift control to meet operational standards and achieve established sales targets.
