Ability to work independently and as part of a team We are a reference laboratory providing reliable, confidential, and timely contract clinical laboratory testing services; utilizing state-of-the-art technology and internal quality controls enabling us to deliver diagnostic support services for patients, serving any entity—public or private—within the healthcare sector. We seek a highly qualified and motivated Validation Chemist to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess: * Extensive knowledge in conducting and interpreting clinical studies covering Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Fecal Analysis, Bacteriology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, and Pathology. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Responsibilities:** * Follow up on pending/urgent results and verifications. * Validate results. * Provide customer service and consultation. * Monitor and analyze quality control. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science (e.g., QBP, QFB, QC, Bioanalysis, or equivalent). * Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical study validation. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Age: 20\-45 years Availability to work: * VACANCY FOR **MORNING SHIFT**: Monday to Saturday (7:00 AM \- 4:00 PM) * VACANCY FOR **NIGHT SHIFT**: Sunday to Monday (9:00 PM \- 5:00 AM), Sunday (10:00 AM \- 6:00 PM) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
