If you possess these competencies, join our team as: ***\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-Accounting Assistant\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-*** **WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?:** · Minimum 1–2 years in general accounting, including account reconciliation and accounting entries, CFDI (4\.0\) for income and expenses, bank transfers, taxes, trial balance reconciliation, bank reconciliations, payroll payment forecasting, ERP usage, travel allowances, and advances. · Degree holder or current student in Accounting. · Accounting software proficiency: CONTPAQI, Aspel (COI), or ERP accounting systems. **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** · Accounting entry registration for CFDI income, expenses, bank transfers, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. · State and federal taxes. · Trial balance reconciliation. · Bank reconciliations. · Payroll accrual and payment processing. · Creation of accounting accounts in ERP. · Travel allowance registration. · Review of CFDI 4\.0 (Annex 20\). · Knowledge of CFDI advance invoicing. **WE OFFER:** · Monthly salary of $14,000 · Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings (flexible schedule) · Paid days off, early vacation entitlement, birthday leave · Rest week · Company-provided computer and mobile phone · And more · Work location: 10 minutes from MB Iztacalco Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term position Salary: Up to $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company mobile phone * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
