Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Assistant to join PW GROUP, performing repairs on CNC machinery, tool maintenance, and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. If you hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, this vacancy is for you. Your main responsibilities include performing repairs on numerically and automatically controlled machinery, maintaining hand tools and electric woodworking machinery, as well as supporting preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling. Prior maintenance experience, manual skills, vendor management ability, and teamwork capability are required. You must be an organized individual with strong responsibility awareness and the ability to meet deadlines. Experience working rotating shifts—including weekends and holidays—will be viewed favorably.
