We aim to bring onboard a creative, visually oriented, and proactive individual who enjoys learning new tools and experimenting with modern digital formats. This role will support the marketing and visual communication team by creating graphic content for campaigns, social media, and internal materials. We do not seek a traditional profile focused solely on corporate design; instead, we value creativity, visual judgment, and technological adaptability. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related field * Proficiency in: * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * Vector design * Basic print format adaptation * Knowledge of: * Canva * CapCut * Social media design * Visual presentations * Interest in and/or experience using generative AI tools * Basic video editing and digital content creation experience is desirable * A creative portfolio is mandatory ### **Responsibilities** * Design of internal and external graphic assets * Creation of visual content for social media * Design of banners, presentations, and digital materials * Rapid adaptation of visual formats * Generation of creative assets * Visual support for digital campaigns * Integration of AI-generated images and content * Basic editing of short videos * Creative support across various company departments ### **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Creative and highly visual * Proactive and adaptable * Up-to-date with digital trends * Curious and interested in emerging technologies * Self-motivated and eager to learn * Enjoys experimentation and proposing ideas ### **What We Offer** * Net monthly salary of $12,000 to $15,000 * Statutory benefits * Continuous training * Professional growth * Exposure to modern creative tools and workflows * Excellent work environment
