Join our team as: Training Analyst Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Administration, or related field (degree completed). Minimum 2 years of experience in training. Age: 25–32 years. Professional appearance. Knowledge and Experience: Experience managing a workforce of 300 or more. Familiarity with STPS labor regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CANVA. Strong spelling and writing skills. Basic Excel (functions, databases, pivot tables). Experience developing instructional materials. Time availability. Competencies: Results-oriented. Attention to detail. Effective communication. Collaborative teamwork. Appreciation for organization (filing). Punctuality. Sense of urgency. Dynamism. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA). Design and implement the Annual Training Program. Maintain up-to-date legal documentation related to training. Physical and digital archiving of training evidence. Keep the course–personnel matrix updated. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Support the development of course and workshop materials. Support onboarding, internal communications, and organizational culture initiatives. We Offer: Statutory benefits.
