We are looking for YOU!! Join our team as a TECHNICAL SUPPORT INTERN. WE OFFER:  Monthly stipend of $5,000 MXN.  Subsidized cafeteria at 50%.  Training to support career growth within the company. REQUIREMENTS:  Recent graduates from Bachelor’s programs in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related fields (NOT current students).  Completed technical degree in computing (NOT current students).  Basic IT knowledge (internship or social service experience will be considered).  Strong interest in learning more about technical support.  Availability to work rotating shifts.  Professional appearance.  No visible tattoos. SKILLS:  Service-oriented attitude.  Teamwork.  Outgoing personality.  Active listening. RESPONSIBILITIES:  Provide user support for CDMX, remote, and SLATAM users via phone, email, and in person.  Create and assign technical support tickets to Technical Support Analysts.  Monitor and track ticket status. WORK LOCATION:  Torre Mayor, CDMX.  Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (the last shift does not apply to women).
