Designs modular and scalable architectures, promotes sound engineering practices, and guides the team in resolving technical conflicts through reflective, data-driven analysis. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development team in designing and implementing modular and scalable solutions. * Make data- and metric-driven technical decisions. * Resolve technical conflicts by analyzing pros and cons of each approach. * Drive software quality and engineering practices: testing, continuous integration, and automated deployment. * Define complex architectures, including interaction with legacy and third-party systems. * Manage technical priorities within the backlog and align expectations with stakeholders. * Foster a culture of feedback, continuous improvement, and learning. * Train and mentor the team to maximize its potential. **Requirements** **Education and Experience** * **Experience:** + Minimum **5 years** as a developer (mobile frontend or full-stack). + At least **3 years leading development teams**, especially in mobile applications (iOS and Android). * **Assignment:** 1 year. * **Language:** Basic-to-intermediate English. **Essential Knowledge** * Development and leadership experience in native mobile applications (iOS, Android). * Design and creation of digital products using **Java (backend)**, **Kotlin**, or **Swift (frontend)**. * Creation of design systems and shared libraries. * SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Firestore, etc.) and ORM (Hibernate). * Algorithms, access patterns, transactions, and security. * Implementation of microservices and event-driven/reactive architectures. * API development principles (JWT, OAuth, Okta, versioning, HATEOAS, discoverability). * Experience in financial services. * Work in multidisciplinary teams under agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban). * Knowledge of cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure). * Observability and monitoring tools (Proxyman, DataDog, Crashlytics, Glassbox). * Feature flag and remote configuration management. **Desirable Knowledge** * Automated testing. * Experience in technology operations (security auditing, DevOps, CI/CD, observability). **Competencies and Skills** * **Effective Communication:** Ability to clearly and simply explain technical concepts. * **Leadership and Coaching:** Train and guide the team to enhance its development. * **Adaptability:** Adjust objectives in response to new information. * **Innovation:** Experiment with new solutions and pilot alternative designs. * **Continuous Improvement Culture:** Advocate for feedback and learning.
