Due to the upcoming opening of a store in CDMX (Satellite Zone), Cesantoni is seeking: Store Sales Associate ***Requirements and Experience:*** Minimum age 23, gender unrestricted, commercial degree or equivalent, incomplete accounting degree, cash flow management experience. ***Responsibilities:*** · Review bank accounts at the start of and during the day to report available cash flow for payment operations. · Collect payments from customers and pay petty cash invoices throughout the day. · Submit bank deposits. · Process payment applications for all stores, detailed by cash and card (credit or debit) income, to the Credit and Collections department. · Record petty cash invoices paid in the system and request fund replenishment from the Payments department. · Daily sales closing. · Daily cash closing. · Store recovery reports. · Assist with recording expense payments (occasionally). · Distribute gasoline vouchers to eligible staff. · Review material dispatches paid via petty cash. · Verify mortgage payments and request disbursement (once per month). · Check American Express card balances for payment.
