




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Implementation Consultant to lead projects, configure systems, train users, and ensure high-quality implementations in Mexico and LATAM. Job Description: We are looking for a **Payroll Implementation Consultant** to join our team and lead payroll software implementation projects, with a **primary focus on Mexico as the main market**, and openness to learning processes across LATAM. This role will be responsible for gathering client requirements, configuring the payroll system (Harweb DBO or others), training users, and ensuring high-quality implementations delivered on time and in full compliance with tax and labor regulations. Responsibilities * Gather client requirements regarding payroll processes and tax needs during remote and in-person meetings. * Configure and parameterize the payroll system (calculations, incidents, ISR tables, UMA, IMSS integration, INFONAVIT integration). * Perform payroll calculation testing, CFDI stamping, and result reconciliations. * Migrate payroll data from legacy systems and validate historical records. * Train key and operational users on platform usage. * Develop user manuals and operational guides. * Provide post-implementation support to ensure system stability. * Report project progress clearly to the Product Owner. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related fields. * 2+ years of experience in payroll implementation and operations in Mexico. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, Income Tax (ISR), SUA, ISR tables, UMA, and payroll CFDI. * Experience in calculating earnings, deductions, severance payments, and settlements. * Desired experience configuring systems such as CONTPAQi Nómina, SAP SuccessFactors, or others. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Strong communication skills and client-facing experience. * Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to resolve technical issues related to payroll processes. * On-site employment Monday through Friday, including client visits. **Open to working remotely on days without scheduled client visits (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday)** We Offer * Project-based contract with potential for permanent placement. * Full-time position. * Hybrid work model. * Growth opportunities in SaaS software implementation projects. * Competitive salary of **$15,000 to $17,000 MXN gross per month**, based on experience.
