Professional appearance. Basic computer proficiency. Flexible availability regarding working hours. Main Responsibilities Promote Palacio Solutions and After-Sales Services. Provide personalized customer assistance regarding warranties, returns, clarifications, and special services. Coordinate and follow up on scheduled contracted services. Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution of customer needs. Provide comprehensive follow-up on the post-sales experience to guarantee customer satisfaction. Register and monitor special cases in internal systems. Identify sales opportunities and promote additional services such as protection plans, maintenance, installation, and extended warranties.
