Join our team as ***EXECUTIVE SUPERVISORY CHEF SPECIALIZING IN SEAFOOD*** * Prior experience managing staff is MANDATORY * **SEAFOOD SPECIALIZATION IS MANDATORY** * Availability to work on weekends * Willingness to travel to various branches *Knowledge and Skills:* * Experience as sous chef or head chef * Teamwork * Supervision and attention to detail * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to train and develop staff Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate operational staff. * Assign, monitor, and verify completion of daily tasks. * Supervise operational processes across branches, ensuring proper execution and making adjustments as needed. * Support training and onboarding of new staff. * Provide continuous feedback to the Head Chef regarding performance and areas for improvement. * Supervise and control inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels. * Address and resolve incidents within the kitchen area. * Propose new dishes and continuously improve recipes. * Implement measures to reduce waste. * Compile and organize audit documentation. *We Offer:* * Weekly payment * 16,000 \-20,000 monthly * Aldamary is a Hidalgo-based company.
