




Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical professional with experience in mobile telephony infrastructure to manage and resolve incidents, identifying root causes. Key Highlights: 1. Mobile telephony incident management and resolution 2. Root cause identification for network issues 3. Tracking fault resolution within SLA REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Networks, Computer Science, Electronics, or a field related to telecommunications. * 1 year of experience * General knowledge of mobile telephony infrastructure * 50% English proficiency * Analytical mindset * Ability to work under pressure RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage fault incidents associated with mobile telephony problems. * Identify potential root causes to resolve issues, or otherwise escalate to the appropriate department and provide follow-up until prompt resolution within SLA.
