Training Manager – Retail | Southern/Eastern Zone in CDMX / State of Mexico Do you have experience leading stores and are passionate about developing teams? At Súper Naturista, we are seeking a Training Manager to drive results and strengthen in-store performance. We are a 100% Mexican company focused on promoting a healthy lifestyle, and we are looking for talent with vision, leadership, and availability to make an impact across multiple branches. Base zone: Iztapalapa, Iztacalco, Coyoacán, Nezahualcóyotl, Texcoco, and travel throughout the Republic Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or engineering (current student or graduate), with at least 2 years of experience as a store supervisor or manager. We seek a leader-oriented individual focused on results and available for travel. Your Responsibilities: You will be responsible for filling operational management vacancies, training store teams (sales, operations, product, and service), ensuring KPI compliance, monitoring staff development, and generating progress and results reports.
