Excellent working environment A leading wholesale distribution company is looking for a Technical Support Assistant to join our team. REQUIREMENTS: -Age between 20 and 30 years. -Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in systems, computer science, computing, or related field. -Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support. -Knowledge of preventive and corrective computer equipment maintenance. -Support for printers, ticket printers, scanners, and handheld devices. -Basic knowledge of networks, routers, and switches. -IP and domain configuration changes on devices. -Cable crimping. -User assistance and support. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Maintenance and repair of laptops and computer equipment. -Installation and configuration of equipment and peripherals. -Technical fault diagnosis and resolution. -On-site and remote technical support. -Support on network and connectivity issues.
