This position is essential to our structure, as you will be responsible for transforming theory into efficiency by designing the processes that allow each department to reach its maximum potential. Work schedule: Weekly rotating shifts (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:30 and Sat 9:00–17:00 / Mon–Fri 8:00–19:00). Work location: On-site in Observatorio. Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. Demonstrated specialization or interest in Project Management, Statistics, or Operations. Ability to analyze data and structure workflows. Main Responsibilities: Actively participate in the development and monitoring of various internal projects. Design detailed flowcharts for process standardization. Propose administrative frameworks to improve operational efficiency. Develop performance evaluation systems for personnel across departments.
