Join our team as TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER 100% AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS FOCUS Requirements: -Experience: 3 to 5 years in areas related to product engineering, technical support, or automotive product development. -Education: Mechanical Engineer, Automotive Engineer, or related degree. -Automotive systems and technologies: operation principles and common failures. -Quality tools: Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC). -Metrology and ability to interpret technical drawings. -Identification, validation, and development of new product lines. -Product engineering (development, validation, and continuous improvement). -Ability to develop and deliver effective technical training. Additional Skills: ° Customer service and negotiation with distributor clients and end users. ° Handling of technical claims and warranties. Main Responsibilities: -Brand Positioning: o Analyze emerging market technologies. -Quality Management and Product Validation: o Ensure quality through compliance with the QMS. -Technical Training and Support: o Deliver technical training targeted at distributors and end customers. o Address technical claims and manage warranties to ensure customer satisfaction. -Project Development: o Apply continuous improvement to products and technical service.
