




Job Summary: A technical support professional responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing computer equipment, networks, and printers; managing service reports; and keeping technical knowledge up to date. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer technical support and assistance in laboratory, remote, and on-site settings 2. Diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of computer equipment and networks 3. Installation and configuration of hardware and software, including OS restoration \- Handling customer service reports in laboratory, remote, and on-site settings \- Diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of computer equipment, laptops, and mini-printers \- Network device configuration \- Report administration and generation using the system \- Keeping technical knowledge current regarding multifunctional and printing devices \- Installation and configuration of hardware and software, repair and OS restoration Desired Technical Skills: Technical support for mini-printers, label printers, and laser and inkjet printing equipment. Skills and Competencies: Honesty and discipline; ability to communicate technical concepts clearly; easy adaptation to teamwork.
